As a licensed clinical social worker, I have experience with many different mental health disorders and complex emotional problems. I specialize in helping clients untangle the invisible threads left by emotionally abusive childhoods and/or egotistical relationships. My areas of expertise include working with individuals who are caught in self-doubt, feelings of worthlessness, guilt, and losing a grip on what's real within their world. Additionally, I walk alongside those who long to give themselves the care, understanding, and love they may have missed as children-and those who hope to raise their own children with more gentleness, presence, and intention. This work is tender, brave, and deeply transformative, and you don't have to do it alone.
